CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By submitting an order with Everlasting Heart Keepsakes you consent to the following terms & conditions.


  • Before You Place an Order

    You are responsible for reading and understanding all policies, terms and conditions in their entirety.


    You agree that you have your inclusions available at the time you submit your order. Once you place an order there are no refunds, even with lack of supply, not being able to obtain ashes or any other situation that prevents you from sending inclusions for your order.


    You agree to not send the very last of any inclusions to me & you agree to reserve some of these materials for yourself. If you do choose to send the last of your inclusion, you are accepting the possibility of it all being used or lost during shipping.


    You agree that upon submitting an order it is final. *This means the style choice, stone size, etc. are FINAL & cannot be amended without being subject to a fee.


    You agree that by placing an order with Everlasting Heart Keepsakes you have read & accepted the terms & conditions herein.

  • After Placing an Order

    You agree & understand there are no refunds due to the personal materials & time of the artist spent on creating your keepsakes. 


    You agree that you have your inclusions available at the time you submit your order. Once you place an order there are no refunds, even with lack of supply, not being able to obtain ashes or any other situation that prevents you from sending inclusions for your order.


    You agree to follow all jewelry care instructions sent with your completed keepsake in order to preserve the quality of your keepsake. 


    You agree that all ring size, pigment, shimmer & flake choices are *final*.


    You will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

  • Shipping Disclaimer

    We highly suggest choosing priority mail shipping since this option provides insurance. The insurance will enable you to open a claim with USPS to replace your keepsake in case of damage or being lost in transit. (This does *not* cover an item being stolen.)


    First class mail orders are NOT insured and therefore cannot be replaced if any damage occurs in transit or if your item is lost in transit. 


    Everlasting Heart is not liable to repair any damage caused in transit. If you selected priority shipping for your package you can open an insurance claim with USPS.

  • General Disclalmer

    The photos in my gallery are meant to be examples of my art/style of creating. There is no guarantee that your keepsake will look like a previously made piece. 


    The findings I use (bails, chains, etc.) are subject to change without notice. 


    By submitting your order, you have chosen to have a hand made piece. Handmade DNA resin keepsakes may include air bubbles, soldering lines of your piece, etc. 


    For breastmilk pieces - Your breast milk is naturally preserved therefore it will not go bad inside your milk stone. Please keep in mind your keepsake was made with resin and any type of resin may yellow over time. Please follow the care instructions provided on the FAQ page to maintain your keepsake's beauty & integrity.


    Jewelry, whether made from sterling silver or solid gold can tarnish over time. Please clean your metals with a jewelry polishing cloth to remove tarnish. 


    Plated Jewelry - Rose gold and gold plating is an affordable alternative to solid gold, but the plating will likely wear off. I recommend sterling silver jewelry or opting for solid gold.


    The pigment, shimmer, texture, amounts of DNA material used, and other factors all vary in the creative process.  


    There is no such thing as "perfection" in handmade items. Your order of a keepsake by me implies that you understand this information about hand made art, and all the distinctions that entails. 


    I am committed to creating a beautiful, quality piece for you, but the distinctions described above are normal for this type of art. Thank you so much for viewing my website & for supporting my small business.


    The entire content of this website, including all jewelry designs, photographs, logo, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name Everlasting Heart Keepsakes is the sole property of Everlasting Heart Keepsakes.

  • Refund Policy

    You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. Any order cancelations after 24 hours will not receive a refund as we have already begun the metalworking for your piece. I do not issue refunds or returns whatsoever after your order has been submitted. 


    You agree that you have your inclusions available at the time you submit your order. Once you place an order there are no refunds, even with lack of supply, not being able to obtain ashes or any other situation that prevents you from sending inclusions for your order.


    I do not accept returns for completed breast milk jewelry pieces. I will not refund or exchange due to buyer's remorse. If your order was a gift to someone else, I will not issue a refund due to a customer ordering a different piece than the recipient desired.


    Gift cards are not redeemable in cash. Any remaining balance may be used toward another keepsake or gifted to someone else who may use the balance toward their order.


    You agree to not send the very last of any inclusions to me & you agree to reserve some of these inclusions for yourself. If you do choose to send the last of your inclusions, you accept the possibility of it all being used or lost during shipping which is NOT the fault of Everlasting Heart Keepsakes.


    Each keepsake is handmade and made to order therefore I cannot remake your piece for you if you aren't happy with how it turned out. Each keepsake is made carefully over a several day process & I do not guarantee specific results. I do not remake promotional items (items received for free or at a discount due to promotion/giveaway).


    The photo galleries on my website give you an idea of what your keepsake may look like. Each keepsake is handmade, which means there are artistic differences. Due to the materials being used you may notice dots, air bubbles, swirls, etc. This is normal & does not impact the durability of your keepsake. I put a lot of care into making each piece. Me and one other person inspect each piece prior to shipment. I do not send out any item that I personally would not wear. 

  • Quality Control / Repairs

    If you have an issue with your keepsake, please email the shop directly within 30 days of receiving your package. Once contact is made, we will work out a resolution on a case by case scenario. 


    You are responsible for the expense of mailing your keepsake back to the shop within 1 week of contacting me about the issue. Please email the tracking information when you ship it to info@everlasting-heart.com.


    Please package your keepsake securely &  select priority mail on your package so it will have tracking & insurance. If your keepsake is lost or damaged in transit this voids our agreeement of repair. Everlasting Heart Keepsakes is NOT liable or responsible to replace or fix items lost or damaged in transit. 


    Everlasting Heart Keepsakes may or may not assume responsibility for the shipping expense to mail your keepsake back to you. This is determined on a case by case scenario.
